We accept payment in the form of
Cash, Check, Venmo, PayPal, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) accepted.

Our office is out-of-network for Independence Personal Choice, IBC, and Keystone HPE (All managed by Magellan).
Most insurance plans will reimburse their clients a percentage of out-of-pocket expenses. While all therapists do not accept all insurances, many insurance companies offer "out-of-network" benefits. You can call your insurance company to ask if you have out-of-network benefits and if there is a deductible to be met. We will provide you with a receipt for our services, which can be submitted to your insurer to meet that deductible and/or obtain reimbursement for our professional services. If you have a FSA (Flexible Spending Account), you can also use funds through your FSA to cover costs of private pay, fee-for-service therapy or deductibles. Using your FSA can save you up to 30%, as you are using pre-tax dollars.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, Check, PayPal & Credit Card are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
